Project Case 1 – FTTH Cable Production Line
A customer in Southeast Asia required a stable solution for FTTH drop cable production. Based on their capacity target and factory layout, we provided a complete production line including extrusion, cooling, and take-up systems.
After installation and commissioning, the line has been running continuously with stable output. The customer reported consistent control of cable diameter and reduced material waste compared to their previous equipment.
Project Case 2 – PVC Insulated Building Wire Line
For a South American client producing building wires and medium voltage cables, space limitation was one of the main challenges. The workshop layout did not allow a standard long production line.
We adjusted the line configuration and optimized the equipment arrangement to fit the available space while maintaining production efficiency. The system has been operating under local 380V / 50Hz conditions without issues.
Project Case 3 – Fiber Coloring and Rewinding Machine
In the Middle East, a fiber optic manufacturer needed to improve efficiency in their coloring process. Manual handling was causing inconsistency and slowing down production.
After installing WIRECAN’s fiber coloring and rewinding machine, the process became more stable, with accurate color identification and higher line speed. Labor requirements were also reduced.
